Job Summary
We are seeking one enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our team, working as Bar and Restaurant Staff in both The Cornhill Inn and The Broomhill Inn - our sister pup located minutes away by car.
Must be 18 or older and available to work until 12am during the week and 1am at weekends.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes.
- Engage with customers, taking orders and providing recommendations to enhance their experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is in good working order.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Adhere to food safety regulations and responsible serving practices at all times.
- Work alongside kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
- Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during peak hours while maintaining quality standards.
Experience
- Previous experience in a restaurant or bartending role is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
- A strong understanding of hospitality principles and customer service excellence is highly valued.
- Time management skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Pay: From £12.50 per hour
