About the Role
Kastine UK is seeking an innovative and strategic Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the organization's technology vision, digital transformation, and technical operations. Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the company's technology strategy.
- Lead technology architecture, engineering, infrastructure, and security functions.
- Oversee major digital transformation initiatives.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and strategic investments.
- Establish technology governance and security standards.
- Manage technology budgets, vendors, and strategic partnerships.
- Build and mentor high-performing technical teams.
- Advise executive leadership on technology opportunities and risks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Extensive technology leadership experience.
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, cloud, cybersecurity, and software development.
- Proven experience leading large-scale technology initiatives.
- Excellent executive communication and strategic planning skills.
