Vehicle Technician / Mechanic
Full Time | Caeathro, Caernarfon
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Vehicle Technician to join our busy workshop team.
Our workshop carries out servicing, maintenance, diagnostics and repairs on a wide range of vehicles, including cars, vans and HGVs. This position is primarily focused on cars and light commercial vehicles, making it ideal for an experienced vehicle technician looking for a varied workshop role.
Previous experience working on HGVs or commercial vehicles would be an advantage, but is not essential. We are looking for a skilled technician with a strong background in cars and light commercials who is keen to develop their skills and be part of a busy, professional workshop team.
Key Responsibilities
* Vehicle servicing, maintenance and repairs
* Diagnostics and fault finding
* MOT preparation and inspection work
* Working on both customer vehicles and company fleet vehicles
* Maintaining high standards of workmanship and attention to detail
* Working efficiently both independently and as part of a team
What We’re Looking For
* Level 3 City & Guilds (or equivalent) in Motor Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
* Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills
* Experience working on cars and light commercial vehicles
* Ability to work independently and use initiative
* Full UK Driving Licence
* Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Desirable (but not essential)
* MOT Tester qualification
* Experience working on HGVs or commercial vehicles
