A bit about us and the role:
Located at Scotland's most Southerly point, perched on the clifftops at the Mull of Galloway. This busy tourist attraction requires a motivated individual to assist in the smooth running of the kitchen. As a family business, we pride ourselves on quality food, as we use our own home-bred beef. We would like to find a new team member that enjoys the buzz of a busy service to add to our growing business.
Main Duties:
- The ability to help prepare all homemade meals and baking
- Cooking within a fast-paced environment.
- To maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen at all times as per company regulations
- Able to follow and enforce food safety and hygiene standards
- Cleaning and washing up utensils as required
- Record keeping as required
- Any other duties as required
