Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the kitchen team to deliver high-quality food consistently.
- Oversee daily food preparation, cooking, and presentation.

- Manage inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling food costs.

- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment.

- Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef within a busy restaurant or hospitality setting.
