Odysse is a fast-growing, London-based fully electric private hire fleet helping professional drivers earn more consistently through smarter job flow, better positioning, and dedicated operational support.
We are seeking professional and experienced PCO Drivers who already own a fully electric PHV-licensed vehicle to join our growing London fleet on a full-time PAYE basis.

- £44,000–£46,000 annual earning opportunity

Duties
- Provide safe, reliable, and professional private hire services across London
- Complete agreed shifts with strong punctuality and reliability
- Deliver excellent customer service and a high-quality passenger experience
- Use your own fully electric private hire vehicle in line with Odysse operational standards
- Maintain your vehicle to professional private hire standards
- Keep accurate records of licence, insurance, and vehicle compliance documentation
- Work closely with the operations team to enhance efficiency and earning potential
Requirements
- Valid TfL PCO licence and a fully electric vehicle licensed for private hire use
- Valid private hire insurance
- Professional and customer-focused attitude
- Commitment to an agreed weekly schedule
- Strong reliability and punctuality
- Must be comfortable working within a full-time PAYE employment model
