Paradigm Trust is looking to appoint an inspirational and highly motivated Teaching Assistant into the team at Woodbridge Road Academy from September 2026. Please note that this position is also being advertised as an apprenticeship.
Typically, pupils who attend have complex communication and interaction needs which create significant barriers to learning in a mainstream environment. Many pupils are likely to have Autism Spectrum Condition, and others have a profile with a similar presentation.

The position
You will work with individual pupils and groups of pupils, under the direction of a teacher/line manager, introducing tasks, monitoring pupils’ work and using a range of strategies to support their learning. You will have the ability to draw on your skills and knowledge to respond effectively to pupils with special educational needs and/or disabilities.
