2 Days per Week Thursday & Friday

We are looking for a warm, enthusiastic and committed Teaching Assistant to join our Flakefleet family, supporting teaching and learning within our Key Stage 2 classrooms on Thursdays and Fridays.
This role is perfect for someone who loves working with children, thrives in a busy school environment and understands the power of encouragement, relationships and positivity in helping children succeed.
The Role Will Include:
- Supporting pupils across the KS2 curriculum
- Working with individual children and small groups to build confidence and understanding
- Helping to create engaging, exciting and inclusive learning experiences
- Supporting pupils with a range of learning and emotional needs
- Promoting positive behaviour and strong relationships
- Assisting teachers with classroom organisation and preparation
- Bringing energy, encouragement and care to the school day
