This position is suited to an individual with proven flatbed recovery experience, excellent driving standards and a strong work ethic.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating a 3.5T flatbed recovery vehicle safely and professionally.
- Recovering, collecting and delivering vehicles nationwide.
- Loading, securing and transporting vehicles in accordance with company procedures and safety regulations.
- Completing vehicle condition reports and collection/delivery documentation.
- Carrying out daily vehicle inspections and reporting any defects immediately.
- Maintaining high standards of customer service and professionalism when dealing with customers and clients.
- Ensuring all vehicles are transported safely and efficiently while adhering to road traffic regulations.
Essential Requirements
- Full UK Driving Licence held for a minimum of 10 years.
- Minimum 2–3 years’ proven experience driving a flatbed recovery truck.
- Aged 30 years or over (insurance purposes).
- No penalty points.
- No driving endorsements.
- No criminal record.
- Excellent knowledge of UK roads and motorway networks.
- Strong understanding of vehicle loading and securing procedures.
- Professional appearance and attitude at all times.
- Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively.

Working Hours
- Monday to Saturday.
- Up to 10 hours per day.
- Flexibility required due to the nature of vehicle recovery and transportation work.
