Restaurant Supervisor
Location: Carberry Tower Mansion House & Estate, near Edinburgh
We are seeking a full-time Restaurant Supervisor to join our thriving Food and Beverage Team.
Carberry Tower Mansion House and Estate is a multi-award-winning, luxury Castle Mansion House set within a private 40-acre estate, just outside of Edinburgh. With an international reputation for quality and excellence, we are inviting applications from individuals who are highly focused, professional and motivated, to join our high performing Restaurant Team. Applicants should have a track record in customer service and high-end hospitality.
As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the exceptional standards of our dining experience. Reporting to the Assistant head of F&B , your responsibilities will include overseeing restaurant operations, supervising staff, and upholding the highest standards of service and hygiene. Your role will contribute significantly to the overall success of our renowned restaurant The Hearth and other dining services.

- Presentable, professional, and well-spoken.
- Punctual, honest, hardworking, and outgoing.
- Proactive with the ability to use initiative.
- A team player with the capability to work independently.
- Excellent attention to detail and a highly organized approach.
- Strong customer service skills with a passion for going the extra mile.
- Ability to remain calm and work well under pressure.
At least one year of relevant experience (in a similar role) required and references upon request.
The contract is for a 40 hr.
