M&A Integration Project Manager
Location: Bromsgrove (B60 4JE)
Contract type: Permanent, hybrid working
Working hours: Full‑time, Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week

The purpose of the M&A Integration Project Manager is to oversee the integration of new and previously acquired businesses across the group to achieve AFH's vision and strategic goals. As a key member of the integration team, you will work collaboratively across clients, advisers and colleagues to integrate high performing businesses, aligning them with our strategic goals.
As a M&A Integration Project Manager your responsiblities are to:
- Collaborating across business stakeholders to integrate acquired businesses, ensuring alignment with our culture and values
- Create, manage and execute detailed integration plans, with oversight of the whole integration process
- Work closely with the acquired business and internal stakeholders to gather information and data
- Undertake due diligence to ensure seamless transition
- Develop processes and playbook, ensuring they are tailored to each acquisition
- Work closely with the acquired business and internal stakeholders to gather information and data
- Identify, segment and analyse critical stakeholders and groups to build an effective stakeholder engagement strategy and plan, including an approach for potential stakeholder resistance
- Inform and support communications throughout the integration, ensuring alignment with the project business case
- Align changes to ways of working resulting from integrations across different business areas and audience groups as required
- Identify and analyse risks and prepare risk mitigation tactics
- Ensure projects have an effective transition into Business As Usual
What we are looking for in our ideal M&A Integration Project Manager:
- Proven experience in Project Management, with a focus on integrations/change management
- Experience with project metrics reporting and dashboards
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and be comfortable working independently with minimal guidance
- Excellent communication skills and a good relationship builder, who is able to support and challenge in a constructive and effective manner
- A self-starter who is able to use their own initiative • Exceptional ability to solve problems and think analytically
- Ability to work with and motivate a variety of stakeholders to deliver successful projects and initiatives • Great organisational, project, and time management skills
- Proficiency in project management, statistics, analytics. Knowledge of models and forecasting.
