LOCATION: Maidstone, Kent

DURATION: Approximately 4 weeks
RATE: £16.94 per hour
We are currently looking for experienced and reliable Sparkle Cleaners to work on a construction site in Maidstone, Kent, getting the site fully cleaned and ready for final handover.
The Role
The successful candidates will be responsible for carrying out detailed cleaning works across the site to ensure all areas are presented to a high standard and are ready for client handover.
Duties will include:
- Full builders/sparkle cleans
- Detailed cleaning of newly completed areas
- Removing dust, dirt, marks and construction residue
- Cleaning floors, walls, doors and other internal surfaces
- Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms and sanitary areas
- Cleaning windows, frames and other fixtures where required
- Removing stickers, labels and protective materials
- Wiping down surfaces and ensuring areas are presentation-ready
- Cleaning communal and general areas
- Carrying out final detail cleans and touch-ups
- Identifying areas requiring additional cleaning
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment throughout
Requirements
Applicants must have:
- Previous experience as a Sparkle Cleaner, Builders Cleaner or Construction Cleaner
- Good attention to detail
- A high standard of cleanliness and presentation
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Good reliability and punctuality
- Own suitable PPE
- References available upon request
- Ability to work for the full duration of the project
CSCS is NOT required for this position.
