K-BEAUTY RETAIL CONSULTANT Part-Time | 2-3 Days/Week | Southsea, Portsmouth
About Kosmobox: Hampshire's only Korean beauty store, located in the heart of Southsea. We specialize in premium K-beauty brands including Medicube, Anua, Skin1004, and Round Lab. We've recently launched Portsmouth's first AI Skin Analyser and are featured in the Portsmouth News.
The Role: We're looking for an enthusiastic and reliable individual to join our small team as a K-Beauty Retail Consultant. This is a varied role combining in-store customer service, online order fulfillment, sales, social media content creation, and skincare consultations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about skincare to grow with an expanding business.
Working Hours:
· 2 days per week (flexible days)
· 10am - 6pm per shift
· Includes some Saturdays
Key Responsibilities:
· Providing exceptional customer service and product recommendations
· Operating till and processing payments
· Processing and preparing online orders (packing, labelling, and dispatch)
· Demonstrating our AI Skin Analyser and providing personalized skincare consultations
· Creating engaging social media content (posts, product reviews, Instagram stories)
· Maintaining store presentation and cleanliness
· Opening and closing procedures
· Achieving sales targets
· Supporting business growth initiatives
Essential Requirements:
· Age 18+
· Right to work in the UK
· Native or fluent English speaker (excellent written and spoken English)
· Strong work ethic and reliability (punctuality is essential - we're a small team and every shift counts)
· Genuine passion for skincare and cosmetics
· Eager to learn about K-beauty products and ingredients
· Confident, friendly, and outgoing personality
· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
· Comfortable creating social media content
· Detail-oriented (important for online order processing)
· Professional and committed attitude
Desirable:
· Previous retail or customer service experience
· Knowledge of or enthusiasm for K-beauty and skincare
· Social media savvy (Instagram/TikTok)
· Experience with e-commerce or online order fulfillment
