You will be the first point of contact for all incoming communication, providing support to the Commercial Manager and wider business.
Duties include but not limited to:
- Managing Reception area, including welcoming and signing in Visitors
- Manage communication channels, such as phone calls and emails.
- Managing inventory of office supplies, including stationery to ensure smooth office operations
- Sorting all post & distributing as necessary
- Receiving Supplier invoices and entering onto system
- Chasing queries / credits
- Uploading Sales Invoices onto company accounting system
- Providing quotes to Customers based on set pricelists issued
- Reconciling supplier accounts
- Maintain general office files
- Entering customer Sales Orders
- Booking transport for collections by varying couriers
- Picking & Packing Orders
- Updating MRP system when necessary
- Assisting with pricing documentation distribution
- Business development – engaging with new customers as well as onboarding new customers
- Support to the purchasing team / supply chain
- Product assembly work in quieter periods – additional training will be provided
- Helping operate machines / shopfloor activity when required
- Ambition to progress and expand the role
Candidate must have knowledge of Excel and Word.

Full training will be provided. Forklift training will also be provided.

Working hours: 07.30 – 16.30 – Monday to Thursday & 07.30 – 13.30 – Friday
Pay: £27,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
