As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and motivated Part-Time Telesales Operative to join our team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking to people, building relationships and is confident making sales over the telephone.
The Role
As a Telesales Operative, you will be an important part of our sales team, helping us develop relationships with existing customers and introduce new customers to our range of beers.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Calling pubs, bars, retailers and trade customers
- Taking customer orders and processing them accurately
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Promoting new, seasonal and promotional products
- Identifying opportunities to increase sales
- Working towards individual and team KPIs and sales targets
- Handling customer enquiries in a friendly and professional manner
- Maintaining accurate customer and sales records
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- Confident and friendly on the telephone
- Comfortable making sales calls and working towards targets
- Enthusiastic, positive and self-motivated
- A good communicator who enjoys talking to customers
- Organised with good attention to detail
- Comfortable using IT and computer-based sales systems
Previous telesales, sales or customer service experience would be an advantage, but NOT essential, full training will be provided.
