Go Tutors is a Childcare and educational organisation delivering early years provision, Supplementary tuition, and educational management professional with both operational oversight and curriculum expertise.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Admin and Accounts professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, supporting administrative functions, and ensuring smooth financial operations. Duties
- Managing incoming calls, emails and general correspondence
- Maintaining office records, filing systems and databases
- Scheduling appointments, meetings arrangements
- Preparing documents, reports, receipts and invoices as required
- Greeting visitors, Parents and coordinating front-of-house activity
- Monitoring office supplies and supporting procurement tasks
- Assisting with onboarding processes and basic HR administration
- Support the Head of Centre and team members by driving membership growth, local marketing activations, and overall centre profitability.
- Providing administrative support to HOC, managers and teams
- Coordinating internal communication and distributing information
- Handled daily financial and administrative tasks, including fee management, receipt generation, payment follow-ups, and expense reporting.
- Monitoring monthly fee payments, tracking outstanding balances, and coordinating with parents regarding pending dues
- Proficiency with office software, including word processing and spreadsheet tools
- Experience using email platforms, calendars and digital filing systems
- Ability to maintain accurate records and update internal databases
- Experience handling confidential information in line with organisational policies
Qualifications
- Proven experience in administration and accounts management
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Pay: £6,000.00-£12,000.00 per year
