Commercial Fencer / Landscaper
Location: Warwickshire (with travel to sites across the Midlands)

Join Our Growing Team
We are looking for an experienced Commercial Fencer / Landscaper to join our expanding team, delivering high-quality fencing and landscaping works on commercial construction projects across Warwickshire and the surrounding areas.
You'll be working on main contractor sites, installing a wide range of fencing systems and carrying out associated landscaping works on new build developments, industrial estates, schools, retail parks, public sector projects and commercial premises.
Key Responsibilities
- Installation of timber, steel and security fencing.
- Installing V-Mesh, palisade, acoustic, closeboard, weld mesh, chain link and post & rail fencing.
- Carrying out soft and hard landscaping works.
- Working from site drawings and project specifications.
- Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and within programme deadlines.
- Following all Health & Safety procedures on active construction sites.
- Working effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Essential Requirements
- Proven experience as a Fencer or Commercial Fencer.
- Previous experience working on commercial construction sites.
- Experience working for or alongside main contractors is highly desirable.
- Valid CSCS Card (Essential).
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Strong work ethic with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work safely and professionally on live construction sites.
Desirable Qualifications & Experience
- CPCS or NPORS Plant Tickets (Dumper, Digger or Telehandler advantageous).
- Experience installing security fencing, palisade fencing, V-Mesh fencing, acoustic fencing, and timber fencing.
- Experience with groundwork, kerbing, paving or general landscaping.
- SSSTS or SMSTS (advantageous but not essential).
- First Aid at Work qualification (advantageous).
