The Role
Are you a confident communicator who loves being out and about?
We are looking for a Part-Time Promoter to hit the streets and help us grow our fleet of freelance delivery partners. Your mission is simple: approach potential drivers in busy areas, pitch the benefits of driving with Lalamove, and get them signed up on the spot.
Whether they own a bicycle, motorbike, car, or van, we want them on our platform!
What You’ll Be Doing
- Street-Level Scouting: Actively approach potential drivers in strategic high-traffic locations, vehicle hotspots, and courier hubs.
- Pitching the Platform: Educate individuals on the benefits of driving for Lalamove (flexible hours, fast payouts, great earnings).
- On-the-Spot Onboarding: Assist interested drivers with downloading the Lalamove app and completing their initial registration.
- Target Hitting: Meet and exceed daily/weekly lead generation and driver activation targets.
- Brand Ambassadorship: Be the friendly, energetic face of Lalamove on the streets, leaving a positive and lasting impression.
Who We Are Looking For
- Confident & Approachable: You aren't afraid to walk up to strangers and strike up a conversation.
- Persuasive: You can quickly explain the value of our platform and handle basic questions or objections.
- Self-Motivated: You thrive in an independent, field-based environment and are driven by hitting targets.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English (Additional languages are a huge plus!).
- Experience: Previous experience in street promotions, face-to-face sales, canvassing, or brand ambassadorship is highly preferred but not essential.
Compensation & Perks
We believe in rewarding hard work and results. Based on UK market benchmarks for street promotion and acquisition, we offer a competitive base rate paired with a lucrative, uncapped bonus structure.
- Competitive Base Pay: £13 to £16.50 per hour (depending on experience).
- Weekly Milestone Bonus: Hit your weekly sign-up target and unlock an extra cash bonus.
Pay: £13.00-£16.50 per hour
