Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Nursery Practitioner to join our OUSTANDING early childhood education team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where young children can thrive and develop essential skills. Your leadership and management abilities will ensure high-quality care and education, fostering positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues. Duties
- Plan and deliver engaging activities that promote learning, creativity, and social development in line with early childhood education standards
- Supervise and support children throughout their daily routines, including play, meals, rest, and outdoor activities
- Maintain a safe and hygienic environment by adhering to health and safety regulations at all times
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about children's progress, behavior, and developmental milestones
- Lead and manage a team of fellow practitioners, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure consistent quality of care
- Organize daily schedules, activities, and resources to maximize children's learning experiences
- Monitor individual children's needs and adapt activities accordingly to promote inclusive participation
Skills
- Experience working with children in a childcare or nursery setting
- Strong management and leadership skills to oversee daily operations and team performance
- Excellent communication skills in English to interact confidently with children, parents, and colleagues
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and best practices
- Ability to foster positive relationships with children and their families
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong EYFS Knowledge

Pay: £26,000.00-£33,500.00 per year
