Job Overview
We are one of the region's leading private dental practices, recognised for excellence in cosmetic dentistry, Invisalign and advanced dentistry, and for the standard of care we provide to every patient. As we continue to grow our private practice, we are seeking an exceptional individual to represent us as the first point of contact for our patients.
No previous dental experience is required. We are far more interested in the person than the CV. If you have built your career in a setting where service standards are paramount — a quality hotel, a high-end retail brand, hospitality, or a similar environment — we would be delighted to hear from you. The clinical knowledge can be taught. The warmth, composure and professionalism we are looking for cannot.
As Patient Concierge, you are the face and voice of the practice. You are the first person our patients meet on arrival, and the first they reach when they enquire with us — in person, by telephone, or through our online and digital channels. Your purpose is to ensure that every patient feels genuinely welcomed, well looked after, and confident in their decision to choose us.
Day to day, you will manage the front of house, respond to enquiries across all channels, book patients in, and take payments. Just as importantly, you will make sure every patient is aware of the full range of treatments we offer, confidently introducing the services that may benefit them and guiding them towards taking the next step.

- Takes pride in attention to detail and in work done to a high standard
- Is a genuine team player with a professional, positive and conscientious attitude to their work
