Eastleigh
- Monday: 5:30pm – 9:00pm
- Tuesday: 5:30pm – 9:00pm
- Wednesday: 5:30pm – 9:00pm
- Thursday: 5:30pm – 9:00pm
Swimming Instructor
Inspire swimmers of all ages and abilities by delivering engaging, high-quality one-to-one lessons.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, engaging, and effective swimming lessons.
- Tailor sessions to meet each swimmer's individual needs and goals.
- Create a positive and enjoyable learning environment.
- Build strong relationships with swimmers and their families.
- Encourage customer retention through outstanding teaching and service.
- Maintain high standards of safety and lesson quality.
Requirements
- A genuine passion for swimming and helping others succeed.
- A friendly, caring, and customer-focused personality.
- Swim England (ASA) Level 2 or STA Award/Certificate qualification (or equivalent international qualification).
- Previous swimming teaching experience.
- A recognised pool rescue qualification.
