As Reception & Events Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the reception department while also managing event enquiries and coordinating functions from initial booking through to successful delivery.

As Reception & Events Manager you will:
- Lead and develop the reception team, ensuring exceptional guest service at all times
- Oversee the smooth running of the front desk and guest arrival experience
- Manage event and function enquiries from initial contact through to completion
- Coordinate weddings, private dining events, celebrations, and corporate functions
- Liaise with all hotel departments to ensure seamless event delivery
- Conduct show rounds and build strong relationships with prospective clients
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues professionally and efficiently
- Assist with departmental administration, forecasting, and reporting where required
- Ensure high standards of presentation, service, and attention to detail throughout the guest journey
The ideal candidate will have experience within a quality hotel environment, either in reception, events, or a combination of both. Strong organisational skills, excellent communication, and a genuine passion for hospitality are essential.
