Technoworld PLC is an established IT hardware provider based in Borehamwood. We are looking for ambitious, customer-focused graduates who are keen to begin a career in B2B sales, with a consultative approach and a passion for winning new business.
This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate looking to develop a long-term career in IT sales. You do not need extensive sales experience — we are looking for individuals with the right attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities within the B2B market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and customers
- Conduct cold and warm calls to understand customers’ IT requirements and offer suitable solutions
- Respond professionally to customer emails and enquiries
- Deliver a high level of customer service with a customer-first mindset
- Support and attend face-to-face client meetings when required
- Process sales orders accurately using internal systems
- Identify and target organisations to develop long-term customer accounts
- Regularly follow up with customers to nurture opportunities and relationships
- Work closely with vendors and distributors to deliver effective IT solutions
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team performance
- Prepare clear and accurate quotations and sales proposals
- Maintain ongoing customer relationships to drive repeat business
- Collaborate with colleagues and support team objectives
Skills & Attributes
- A recent graduate (or equivalent) with a strong interest in building a career in sales
- Basic knowledge or interest in IT hardware is desirable, but not essential
- Highly motivated with a strong drive to succeed in a target-driven environment
- Confident communicator, comfortable speaking with customers regularly
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- High attention to detail and a professional approach to work
- Positive attitude, resilience, and willingness to learn
- Interest in developing negotiation and commercial skills
Training & Development
- 2–3 weeks of structured onboarding and sales training
- Ongoing mentoring and on-the-job development

Other Requirements:
- Must live within a 45-minute commute of Borehamwood WD6
Salary:
- £27K - £33K basic salary + commission bonus based on meeting sales targets.
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): £60K
- Progression opportunities based on consistently meeting sales targets.
