Imperial Cleaning Services Southwest are Looking for a new Area Cleaning Supervisor.
This position is field based covering local commercial sites in Swindon.
Hours of Work: 5 hours per night 3pm-8pm Monday to Friday, 25 hours per week. Exact Rate of pay to be discussed on enquiry.
Job description:
We are looking for a hands-on, organised Area Cleaning Supervisor to oversee the commercial cleaning standards across multiple local sites.
You will support the teams of cleaning operatives at each site, conduct quality audits, handle spot checks, and ensure all health and safety guidelines are met.
Key Responsibilities include:
Managing and supporting cleaning operatives across a designated portfolio of client sites.
Conduct routine quality audits, site inspections, and cleanliness spot checks.
Lead staff interviews and inductions, on-site training, and refresher sessions.
Ensure compliance with all health and safety policies and COSHH regulations.
We are looking for proven experience as a Cleaning Supervisor, Team Leader, or Area Manager, a strong knowledge of commercial cleaning standards, deep cleans, and equipment usage. Excellent leadership and motivational skills with a hands-on attitude and strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
A full, clean UK driving licence and be able to use own car to start with, Fuel card will be supplied.
