YMCA Cornwall in Penzance is looking for a Housing Support Officer to join our dedicated team. This isn't just a job; it's a chance to be a turning point in a young person's life.
In this role, you will:
- Empower vulnerable young people (aged 16-24) to secure and maintain stable housing.
- Guide them towards independence by helping with finances, tenancy agreements, and finding long-term accommodation.
- Work as part of a supportive team, providing one-on-one help and connecting residents with vital resources.
This role can be challenging, but it's incredibly rewarding. You'll be a key part of our residents' journey, providing the structure and support they need to succeed.
