Job Summary

Duties
- Perform comprehensive cleaning of offices, restrooms, common areas, and other designated spaces using commercial cleaning equipment and supplies
- Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize floors to uphold cleanliness standards
- Empty trash bins and dispose of waste responsibly in accordance with company policies
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and toilet paper to ensure availability at all times
- Conduct routine inspections to identify areas needing extra attention or maintenance issues requiring escalation
- Follow health and safety guidelines diligently during all cleaning activities
- Maintain a tidy storage area for cleaning supplies and equipment
Qualifications
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial roles preferred
- Strong understanding of cleaning procedures and safety protocols
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of quality
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Reliable with a positive attitude and a proactive approach to cleanliness
