We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Pharmacy Dispenser to join our small, friendly team in Tring.
We are a busy community pharmacy with a real family feel, where everyone works closely together and plays an important part in looking after our patients. We offer a wide range of pharmacy services, so this is a great opportunity to develop your skills, learn new things and become involved in different aspects of community pharmacy.
The role will be split across both of our Tring branches, providing plenty of variety to your working week.
The Role
Your responsibilities will include:
- Dispensing prescriptions accurately and efficiently
- Supporting the pharmacist and wider team with our range of pharmacy services
- Providing friendly and professional care to our patients
- Ordering, receiving and managing stock
- Processing prescriptions and helping the dispensary run smoothly
- Maintaining accurate records and patient confidentiality
- Working as part of a small, supportive team
- Learning about and becoming involved in the wide range of services we provide
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- Fully qualified as a Pharmacy Dispenser
- Experienced in a pharmacy environment, ideally community pharmacy
- Accurate, organised and able to work well in a busy environment
- Friendly, approachable and confident with patients
- A good communicator and team player
- Keen to learn, develop and get involved
- Reliable and flexible

Pay: From £13.00 per hour

Education:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:
- dispensing: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- BTEC/NVQ in pharmacy dispensing (required)
