Overview
As we head into our busiest period, we are looking for additional temporary help within our Fulfilment Centre in Bourne. These will be temporary festive contracts, starting from September/October 2026, working full-time (40 hours per week).
Our Customer Fulfilment team is responsible for ensuring customer orders are picked, packed and dispatched accurately and meet our brand standards.
For those who have a natural creative flare and interest in crafts and projects, we also have opportunities within our production area, supporting the preparation of personalised customer orders.
All about you
As this role will support a variety of activities across our Customer Fulfilment team, you'll be adaptable, hardworking and take pride in producing high-quality work. You'll be comfortable working on your feet, have a keen eye for detail and be able to work accurately and efficiently.
Above all, we are looking for reliable, hardworking individuals who enjoy practical, hands on work, can maintain high standards of accuracy and enjoy being part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Picking orders from our full product range.
- Confidently using our Pick Pack Despatch (PPD) system to pack and despatch customer orders.
- Maintaining packing standards so that orders reach our customers beautifully presented, safely and in line with our sustainability standards.
- Picking orders from our full product range.
- Supporting the preparation of personalised customer orders and products where required.
- Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet our high standards.
- Consistently achieving daily picking rates.
- Able to following procedure and guidance.
- Other ad-hoc duties as per business need.
- Keeping the warehouse clean, tidy and organised.
- Keeping informed on all relevant risk assessment and adhere to all Health & Safety measures in place.
Expereince & Attributes
- Fantastic organisational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Experience within retail, warehousing or fulfilment would be beneficial, whilst an interest in crafting, sewing, embroidery or other creative, hands on hobbies would also be advantageous.
- Able to work accurately and efficiently whilst maintaining high standards.
- Flexible, reliable and dependable.
- Basic numeracy and English skills.
- A strong work ethic and self-motivated attitude.
- Comfortable carrying out practical, hands-on tasks throughout the working day.
- An interest in crafting, sewing, embroidery, personalisation or other detail-focused hobbies would be beneficial.
- Someone who is truly customer focused
- The successful candidate must have Right to Work in the UK
