Eccleshill Dental is looking for an ambitious and patient-focused Private Associate Dentist to join our established, forward-thinking practice.
This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care while building a successful and high-grossing private list. You will inherit an established patient base with a strong membership plan population and receive regular allocations of new patients to support continued growth.
We are seeking a confident communicator who enjoys discussing treatment options with patients, helping them make informed decisions about their oral health, and delivering comprehensive, high-quality dentistry.

- GDC registered Dentist
- Passionate about providing exceptional patient care

- Excellent communication and treatment presentation skills
- Confident discussing treatment options and converting patient interest into appropriate treatment acceptance
- Committed to building long-term patient relationships based on trust and outstanding clinical outcomes
- Able to work collaboratively within a professional team environment
Desirable Skills
While not essential, experience or additional qualifications in any of the following would be advantageous:
- Conscious sedation
- Clear aligner
- Restorative and cosmetic dentistry

Pay: From £150,000.00 per year
