Help shape an exceptional new restaurant from the very beginning.
We're looking for a talented and motivated Junior Sous Chef to join the opening team of an exciting new restaurant next to Battersea Power Station.
Our menu celebrates the very best of British produce, showcasing seasonality, simplicity and
exceptional ingredients. Everything is prepared fresh on site, with a team that is passionate about quality and proud of every plate that leaves the pass.
Leading the kitchen is Executive Chef Jonathan Woolway, formerly of St. JOHN, bringing a wealth of experience, outstanding standards and a genuine passion for developing talented chefs.
This is a busy kitchen, but one built on organisation, preparation and teamwork. We're creating an environment where chefs are supported, challenged and given every opportunity to progress.
The Role
As Junior Sous Chef, you'll play a key part in the day-to-day running of the kitchen. You'll work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chefs to ensure consistently excellent food and smooth service while helping to build a positive, professional kitchen culture.
Alongside service, you'll take on increasing responsibility for the operational side of the kitchen, making this the ideal role for someone looking to develop into a future Sous Chef.
Responsibilities
Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chefs with the daily operation of the kitchen.
Leading service and maintaining exceptional standards across all sections.
Helping with kitchen administration, including ordering, stock control, HACCP records and daily paperwork.
Training, mentoring and developing Chef de Parties and Commis Chefs.
Ensuring consistency, organisation and attention to detail throughout every service.
Leading by example with professionalism, positivity and a hands-on approach.
We're looking for someone who:
Has experience as a Junior Sous Chef or a strong Sous-ready Chef de Partie.
Is passionate about seasonal British cooking and exceptional produce.
Enjoys developing and supporting junior chefs.

Genuine opportunities for progression as the business grows.
The chance to help build an exciting new restaurant from day one.
If you're ready to take the next step in your career and want to be part of a kitchen that values
craftsmanship, teamwork and development as much as great food, we'd love to hear from you.
