At Glass Finish Ltd we do more than just repair customer vehicles- we provide confidence,
trust and quality in every step of the customer journey. We are currently
seeking an experienced Vehicle Damage Assessor (VDA) to join our team and
help ensure every vehicle is accurately assessed and efficiently processed for
repair.

Duties
- Carrying out detailed and accurate assessments of damaged vehicles for
both retail and insurance work, using estimating platforms including
Audatex and/or GT motive where applicable
- Working closely with the workshop and customer service team to ensure
smooth repair processes
- Communicating with customers, insurers, and engineers throughout
repair progress
- Ensuring all documentation is completed thoroughly
Requirements
- Proven experience in a VDA/Estimator role within the accident repair industry IMI VDA accreditation – if expired we will fund your re-accreditation!
- Proficiency with Audatex and Gt Motive platforms – training and
refreshers will be arranged where necessary
- Strong communication and organisational skills
Pay: £42,000.00 per year
