What You Will Do
- Provide excellent care: Deliver high-quality, person-centred nursing care to patients and residents.
- Manage medication: Safely administer, record, and monitor patient medications.
- Assess and plan: Create, review, and update detailed care plans based on patient needs.
- Lead the team: Support and supervise care assistants and support workers during your shift.
- Communicate clearly: Work closely with doctors, families, and management to provide updates on patient health.
What We Look For
- Valid NMC Pin: You must have an active registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council.
- Experience: At least 6 months to 1 year of recent experience working as a nurse in the UK.
- Right to work: Valid right to work in the UK.
