About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Housekeeper.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities.
- Change bed linens and towels.
- Restock supplies such as toiletries and cleaning materials in designated areas.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries or requests promptly and courteously.
Key Requirements
- Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or commercial cleaning is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests and team members.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently within set timeframes.
