About Us
ABC is a growing Accountancy, Bookkeeping, Payroll and Business advisory practice based in Mold, working with clients across the UK. We're a collaborative team who genuinely work together, and we pride ourselves on helping our clients as efficiently and effectively as possible. Due to expansion, we're looking to add an experienced Accounts Manager to the team.
The Role
This is a part time, multi faceted role, perfect for someone who wants to stay hands on in practice without committing to full time hours. If you're looking for real work life balance while keeping your toe dipped in the profession, this could be exactly what you're after.
You'll oversee the general accounting side of the practice, working closely with clients and the wider team to keep everything running smoothly.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of practice clients, overseeing their bookkeeping and accounts
- Accurately quote for new clients based on their needs
- Track client bookkeeping and accounts to keep everything on schedule
- Answer client queries confidently and professionally
- Oversee the general accounting function within the practice
- Work collaboratively with the team to deliver an efficient, effective service
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a practice setting is essential
- A strong, real understanding of accounting and bookkeeping across all areas
- A keen eye for detail and high accuracy in your work
- Confident, clear communication with clients
- Comfortable using technology and software day to day
- Good working knowledge of Xero and Sage
- Bright Manager knowledge is desirable but not essential

Pay: £25,500.00-£38,000.00 per year
