This is an exciting opportunity for a Night Kitchen Porter to become an essential part of a high-end,high-volume kitchen team within one of London’s most innovative restaurant concepts.

The Role
As a Night Kitchen Porter,you will support the kitchen team by maintaining excellent standards of cleanliness,hygiene,and organisation throughout the evening and after service.
You will play a key role in ensuring the kitchen is cleaned,organised,and fully prepared for the following day’s operation.
This Night Kitchen Porter role is ideal for someone who is dependable,hardworking,and comfortable working late-night shifts in a busy restaurant environment.
Key Responsibilities
Wash and sanitise kitchen equipment,utensils,crockery,and cookware
Clean kitchen floors,walls,surfaces,sinks,storage areas,and equipment
Complete all end-of-night deep-cleaning duties to the required standards
Ensure waste and recycling are disposed of correctly
Keep pot-wash and cleaning areas tidy,safe,and organised
Support chefs with basic kitchen tasks when required
Receive,move,and store deliveries safely
Ensure cleaning products are stored and used correctly
Follow all food hygiene,HACCP,and health and safety procedures
Report maintenance,equipment,or safety issues promptly
Help ensure the kitchen is clean,secure,and ready for the next service
Work efficiently as part of the wider kitchen and restaurant team
Requirements
Previous experience as a Kitchen Porter is preferred but not essential
Availability to work late nights,weekends,and bank holidays
Comfortable working after restaurant service has finished
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Ability to carry out physically demanding duties
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Good understanding of cleanliness and hygiene standards
Reliable,punctual,and organised
Positive attitude and strong team ethic
