About the Role
The purpose of this position is to support the smooth operation of our pre-cremation processes, ensuring our standards of care, attention to detail and service excellence are maintained at all times.
Working closely with colleagues across the business, you will play an important role in preparing personalised keepsakes, supporting pet care processes and helping to create a respectful, organised and compassionate environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing fur clippings, paw prints, nose prints and paw print moulds to exceptional standards.
- Handling and supporting the movement of deceased pets using approved health and safety procedures.
- Maintaining accurate records within our CRM system.
- Preparing pets for viewings and supporting "Coming to Say Goodbye" appointments.
- Completing belongings checks and supporting special requests.
- Maintaining cleanliness, organisation and stock control within the pre-cremation area.
- Supporting cremation and memorial activities, including ashes interments and scattering services.
- Assisting with deliveries, recycling management and general site upkeep.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Supporting the cremations team with cremulating.
