The Money Map (Financial Navigation) LLP is a well-established wealth management firm based in Sheffield providing comprehensive advice to a wide variety of clients.
As our current team member steps up into a Financial Adviser role, we have a unique opening for a high-performing individual to take over. You will work directly as a personal assistant and technical support for two advisors while collaborating with our administration team.
This is a fast-paced and rewarding role suited to an organised individual who thrives in a busy environment, enjoys working with data and systems and takes pride in delivering exceptional client service.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a detail-oriented and technologically confident individual with experience in financial services, accounting, paraplanning, or a strong mathematical or analytical background.
Given the pace and responsibilities of the role, the successful candidate will demonstrate:
- A typing speed of at least 50 words per minute.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, including the use of formulas, data manipulation and keyboard shortcuts.
- Confidence learning and navigating multiple software systems efficiently.
- The ability to anticipate adviser and client needs.
- A natural inclination to identify potential issues before they arise and take ownership of solutions.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Experience managing a large and varied workload while maintaining accuracy.
- The ability to monitor and progress a live pipeline of 60+ ongoing client cases at any given time.
- Confidence reviewing and quality-checking work completed by colleagues.
- A commitment to maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and client service.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and check suitability report packs, valuations, applications, and administrative work to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients, handling enquiries professionally and providing timely updates.
- Prepare compliance documentation, illustrations, reports, and application paperwork.
- Manage adviser diaries, meeting preparation and follow-up actions.
- Submit transactions and maintain accurate client records using Intelligent Office and provider platforms.
- Liaise with product providers, platforms and clients to progress business efficiently.
- Support advisers with ongoing client servicing and business processing activities.
- Monitor outstanding tasks and proactively drive cases through to completion.
