Customer Service Advisor
Office based, Northampton

Gtechniq are manufacturers of advanced car, bike, marine and aviation care products.
We are a fast-growing team based in Upper Heyford, Northamptonshire (off Junction 16 of the M1) and we are now looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join us, working onsite every day in our Operations team at Head Office.
Your duties will include:
- Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email or online with accuracy, warmth and efficiency
- Diagnosing and resolving issues, escalating complex cases to senior team members when necessary
- Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions, actions taken and resolutions provided.
- Collaborating with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Detailing Centre) to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Identifying recurring issues and providing feedback to improve products, services and processes
- Meeting or exceeding performance metrics, including response times, customer satisfaction scores and resolution rates
- Supporting the Operations Manager with general administrative duties
- Representing the Brand Voice, ensuring every interaction reflects professionalism, empathy and expertise
- Providing general administrative support for the off-site Account Managers
Key skills we're looking for:
We want to hear from exceptional, experienced candidates with a minimum of 4 years’ experience in a similar role. You must be confident speaking directly on the phone and able to pick up new systems and processes quickly. You will also have great interpersonal skills with the ability to work well as part of a team, along with outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
