Global Hospitality and Lifestyle Brand Karma Group are offering exciting opportunities to join us at Karma Salford Hall in our newest venture in Warwickshire neighbouring the Cotswolds. We require a Room Attendant Housekeeper.
Karma Salford Hall – a historic country retreat dating back 700 years, situated in the Vale of Evesham. Located in of the prettiest rural regions anywhere in the British Isles. Nestled amid farms, fields and ancient villages, Karma Salford Hall once belonged to King Henry VIII and retains its Tudor charm while offering traditional yet contemporary comforts, including 32 charming bedrooms, the Tempest restaurant, a library, games room and bar.
Main Responsibilities
Daily cleaning of rooms, ensuring that all specified areas are cleaned and presented within the allocated time frame in line with our service standards
·Take ownership of guests’ privacy and be respectful of guest belongings, while completing stayover services to the require cleanliness standard.
·Work independently and as a team to provide flawless service to all of our guests
·Go above and beyond to engage with guests and feel motivated to make their stay special
·Multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
·Other duties as specified by the Head Housekeeper
