This is maintaining houses that are home to adults with experience of homelessness. Duties will include general repairs & caretaking such as basic joinery, electrics, plumbing, plastering, painting, together with occasional room clearing.
Ideally full time but we are open to part time applications. The hours will include some on call for property related issues outside usual working hours.
You must be able to demonstrate an understanding of and compassion for people with mental health issues, substance misuse issues, and ex-offenders.
Please give details of relevant experience that helps to demonstrate your proficiency in housing repairs & maintenance.
