Responsibilities
- Coordinate repair schedules by liaising with technicians, management, and clients to prioritize urgent maintenance needs.
- Manage multiple repair projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and resources are effectively allocated.
- Review technical schematics and mechanical or electrical diagrams to accurately diagnose issues and plan repairs.
- Report directly into the repairs manager and support them in daily duties.
- Maintain detailed records of repairs, maintenance logs, and project documentation for accountability and future reference.
- Collaborate with management to develop preventative maintenance plans that minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
- Communicate clearly at all levels to provide updates on project status and resolve any issues promptly.
Requirements
- Proven experience in project management within a maintenance or repair environment.
- Strong skills with previous Co-ordinating experience in technical or mechanical teams.
- Mechanical knowledge combined with a solid understanding of maintenance procedures across various equipment types.
- Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple projects efficiently under tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English is essential for effective communication across teams and stakeholders.
