About The Role
The role of the Team Manager is pivotal in:
- Providing effective leadership of a team of housing colleagues to drive high level of performance and customer satisfaction
- Managing estate management, tenancy management and allocation service
- Developing and continually improving the housing management service and developing key relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
About You
We are looking for someone with:
- A strong record of demonstrable achievement in making a difference and service improvement in an organisation of comparable size and complexity to Karbon Homes, in the delivery of tenancy, void, allocation and estate management
- Experience of working in partnership with stakeholders to deliver excellence
- Experience of collaborating and working as part of an effective management team

Key Details
- Housing Team Manager – Permanent role
- Salary - £46,411 per annum plus a Karbon car payment of £2,405 per annum
- Location: Greengates Office - Stanley, County Durham
- Regular travel will be required
- 37 hours per week with agile working
