Customer Service Advisor: Office Based
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Take full ownership of the customer experience
- Provide a high standard of customer service via phone and email
- Handle incoming calls and emails efficiently
- Resolve customer queries or escalate to relevant departments
- Process orders accurately and promptly
- Update customers on delivery schedules and stock availability
- Manage queries related to uplifts, shortages, PODs, credits, and re-invoicing
- Collaborate with internal departments (Supply Chain, Warehouse, Sales, Technical)
- Provide quotations and process orders using SAP
- Liaise with external carriers
- Offer product alternatives and share product knowledge
- Direct customers to appropriate distributors
JOB ROLE
Reporting to: Operations Manager
- We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused individual to join our office-based Customer Service team. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a desire to deliver excellent customer experiences.
REQUIREMENTS
- Good IT skills and a general idea of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Comfortable with working with data
- Resilience under pressure.
- Passionate about delivering a good customer experience
- Patient and friendly personality/team player.
- Good time management
