Are you passionate about delivering outstanding customer service in a beautiful hospitality setting? We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and reliable Waiter/Waitress to join our Food & Beverage team at the award-winning Lake Vyrnwy Hotel & Spa.
About the Role
As a Waiter/Waitress, you will play a key role in ensuring our guests receive exceptional service throughout their dining experience. You will work across our restaurant, bar, and event spaces, helping to maintain the high standards for which our hotel is known.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing excellent customer service to hotel guests and visitors
- Taking food and beverage orders accurately
- Serving food and drinks efficiently and professionally
- Preparing and maintaining dining areas to a high standard
- Processing payments and handling guest enquiries
- Supporting restaurant, bar, and event operations as required
- Following all health and safety and food hygiene procedures
What We're Looking For
- Previous hospitality experience is desirable but not essential
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Flexible approach to shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Reliable, professional, and guest-focused
