Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Trainee Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. This paid entry-level position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your sales skills, learn about the automotive industry, and grow within a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Engage with customers and prospects via phone and in person to promote our vehicle inventory and services
- Assist in developing sales strategies through effective communication and relationship building
- Support senior sales staff with lead generation, follow-ups, and upselling opportunities
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software
- Cultivate strong organizational skills to manage appointments, follow-ups, and documentation efficiently
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette to ensure positive customer experiences
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall store performance
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to connect with a broader client base
- Basic understanding of B2B (business-to-business) sales concepts is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for managing customer data and appointments
- Familiarity with CRM software or willingness to learn new systems
- Demonstrated enthusiasm for sales, customer service, and professional growth
- Ability to maintain professional phone etiquette and positive attitude in all interactions
