About the Role
We are looking for a compassionate and reliable Care Assistant to support our residents in their daily lives. You will play a vital role in ensuring our residents feel safe, respected, and genuinely cared for.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a care setting is preferred, but we are open to candidates with some relevant experience and the right attitude
- A caring, patient, and trustworthy nature
- A genuine enjoyment of working with and supporting elderly people
- Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, approachable manner
- Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently

Shift Patterns
- 12-hour shifts (8am – 8pm, 8pm – 8am)
- 6-hour shifts (8am – 2pm, 2pm – 8pm)
