Position Summary:
Talented and creative Videographer, Video Editor & Social Media Content Creator to join our team and help us become the UK's most engaged eye clinic on social.
Either FREELANCE or PART-TIME employment is available.
If part-time, it would be 2-3 days a week.

As a content creator and social media manager, you will be responsible for developing engaging and relevant content, especially VIDEO, for various social media platforms and managing the scheduling and publishing of content across these channels.
You must have video filming and editing skills, be savvy with social media platforms and be able to repackage longer-form content.
We will support you in the medical knowledge needed for content creation, and our founder David will work closely with you to feature in the content itself. Still, your role will be crucial in building and maintaining our brand's online presence and driving engagement with our target audience.
Responsibilities:
Content Creation:
- Develop compelling, high-quality content at scale for social media platforms, including YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Create a content strategy aligned with the company's marketing goals and target audience, ensuring consistency in tone, voice, and brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to brainstorm ideas and develop innovative content concepts, including visuals, videos, infographics, and written content.
Social Media Management:
- Schedule and publish social media content across multiple platforms using social media management tools.
- Monitor and engage with followers, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing, implementing strategies to optimise reach, engagement, and brand awareness.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Track and analyse social media performance metrics and provide regular reports to the leadership team.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance social media presence and engagement.
- Monitor competitors' social media activities and industry trends to identify opportunities for content creation and brand differentiation.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a videographer, video editor, social content creator or similar role.
- Basic graphic design skills are a definite plus.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt content to various platforms and target audiences.
- Creative mindset and ability to think outside the box to develop engaging content ideas.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
Pay: £200.00-£250.00 per day
