CCL Secure are looking for a Level 2 Lean Manufacturing Operative apprentice to join their team this September!
As a Process Apprentice, you will support production operations across a range of manufacturing departments while completing a Level 2 Lean Manufacturing Operative Apprenticeship. You will work safely, follow quality and product security procedures, and develop practical skills across multiple production processes.
Key responsibilities
- Support production activities within Pre-Press, Counting, Sheeting, Quality, Inks and Press departments.
- Follow Health, Safety and Environmental procedures at all times.
- Work in accordance with company quality standards and product security requirements.
- Assist with machine operation, material handling and production tasks under supervision.
- Maintain high housekeeping standards using 5S principles.
- Work flexibly across different manufacturing areas as training and competence develop.
- Follow work instructions and standard operating procedures accurately.
- Work effectively as part of a team to achieve production targets and maintain efficiency.
- Demonstrate a positive attitude, willingness to learn and commitment to continuous improvement.

Working hours Monday – Friday: 9:00am -5:00pm
Annual Leave Entitlement 25 days
QualificationsMaths and English (or equivalent) grade C/4 or above
Pay: £18,500.00 per year
