We're a small business that cares. We give our team the key dates over Christmas off because we understand people have families and lives, and they deserve to enjoy that time. Our senior management work on site, day to day, alongside the team — we don't believe in running a business from behind a desk.
We're looking for a Chef De Partie who can adapt to a monthly-changing menu and who understands what it means to be professional and respectful, both in the kitchen and with the people around them. In return, we offer a genuine opportunity to grow with a small, expanding brand.
The role is based on site, 5 days a week including weekends and evenings, reflecting the nature of the business.
Pay & benefits
- £14-15 per hour, depending on experience
- 40 hour a week contract
- Tronc (service charge)
