Cotswold Hills Golf Club in Cheltenham boasts a full and thriving membership, a top-class golf course facility and a recently refurbished stylish, contemporary clubhouse interior. Always striving for continuous improvement, we wish to hire an experienced and hands on, Food & Beverage Manager.
We are looking for someone with a proven track record in a food and beverage management role, ideally in the leisure/golf sector, although this is not essential for the right candidate. Experience of leading and motivating a bar and catering team is essential, as is a clear understanding and focus on the key performance indicators of a successful food and beverage operation. The successful candidate will be part of the Club’s Senior Management Team and will have the opportunity to learn about the operation of a sports facility. Hours of work flex with the time of year but are based on a 40-hour working week.
We offer an attractive salary, circa £34k plus attractive benefits package.
